During this workshop you will have a chance to kick your shoes off and put your toes in the sand. Your mornings begin with a guided yoga practice, followed by a healthy and decadent buffet breakfast. Before and after a catered lunch you will be facilitated by in transformational activities. In a series of exercises you will define a vision for your career and life, you will learn new tools to ground these into your reality and you will practice a new way of being — you will walk away with a new sense of how to truly be yourself. By cultivating a sense of purpose and ease, you will maximize your productivity with less stress.  During your retreat you will learn about the research that supports this truth. About the Facilitators

Miriam Meima

Miriam Meima is a Business Psychologist who has served as an Executive Coach & Facilitator to industry leaders for over 15 years. Her client list includes JetBlue, Nintendo of America, Department of Defense and Nature Conservancy.  She has facilitated groups of business leaders all over the world in both English and Spanish. Her life’s work is supporting business leaders in discovering how to enjoy the experience of being at work, and therefore experiencing greater productivity and bottom-line success. Miriam is known for her compassion, empathy and never-ending insight. Miriam holds bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Business, an MA in Organization & Management Development, a certification as a Leadership and Transformation Coach among other credentials. As a workshop participant you can look forward to having Miriam’s support in understanding your unique brilliance, your greatest potential and how to have more of what you want with less stress.

Frankie Grundler

Frankie has been a CEO and Serial Entrepreneur for fifteen years. He now coaches executives and entrepreneurs to implement the best practices he learned the hard way. He is known throughout the United States for promoting high performance and balance for everyone on his teams. With a background in Finance and a passion for systems, it has become a hobby to discover new tools for task management, time management and goal accountability.

Jessica Brazil

Spiritual Teacher, licensed psychotherapist, and Founder of the Mindful Living Group & 100 Mindful Days Project studied yoga with the Kundalini Research Institute. Jess has over 15 years of experience working with people towards their goals and has been practicing shamanism since childhood. She provides direct psychotherapy, life coaching, teaches yoga & meditation, presents at conferences and events, leads mindfulness retreats, and implements Mindful Living programs. She also works for the University of Hawaii’s MSW program & serves on the NASW board.

Logistics

All parts of this event will take place at the Andaz. Timing is subject to change as participants will influence the final agenda. Our welcome reception will take place in the open air so we can enjoy the soft breeze coming off of the ocean at sunset.

Monday through Wednesday our sessions will take place in a unique room with vast views of the ocean. We want the unparalleled beauty and energy of Maui to be infused into the entirely of your experience.

Throughout each session you will have time to complete self-inquiry exercises on the beach or by the pool. We have given meticulous care to creating a calm and productive retreat. You will be changed for life by the deep, peaceful, gentle guided transformation.

Fruit enhanced water, snacks and superfoods are included each day. Space is limited to ensure you receive the individual attention you deserve.

Accommodations

Included in your registration are three nights accommodation at the Andaz to maximize your experience, allowing for you to indulge in luxury 24/7.  Advantages of staying at the Andaz include:

    • Free transportation to any and all local attractions and restaurants.
    • Maximum time to relax, recharge and integrate between sessions.
    • Complimentary group fitness and water sport lessons (schedule changes daily).

We have negotiated a room rate of $345/night at the Andaz for anyone wanting to arrive before Sunday October 23 or stay beyond Wednesday October 26.  Simply notify us of your arrival and departure dates if you want to take advantage of this.

Alternatively, you can choose to stay off-site at any number of options in the Kihei/Wailea neighborhoods of South Maui and pay for a Commuter Registration [breakfasts and accommodations not included].

Registration

Included in your $2497 registration fee includes 3 nights accommodation at the Andaz (Garden View King Room), five-star meals and 2.5 days of transformational programming.  Meals and programming will take place at the Andaz.  Included is a welcome dinner, 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches, snacks every day.

Double occupancy includes all of the above, for $1997 each (with the option of either a Garden View King Room or Garden View Double Queen Room).
